Can you gift wrap and deliver as a gift?
Yes absolutely! At checkout you can specify a delivery address separate from the billing address.

Can I request a unique piece be made for me?
Yes, in most cases our artists can create a piece to suit your decor or style, please contact us to discuss your requirements

How long will delivery take?
We will send your order within 2 working days of receiving payment. Delivery then depends on where you are. (1-3 days if you are in New Zealand).

What if my order doesn't arrive?
If for some reason you don't receive your order contact us.

How can I make payment? Is it safe?
Visa and Mastercard using DPS:
Our credit card payments are processed through Direct Payment Solutions (DPS). DPS have a dedicated and purpose built development and data centre, specially designed for payments processing. DPS have invested and continue to re-invest in state of the art, bank grade security and infrastructure. DPS are fully certified as Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI-DSS) compliant at processor level; using an approved QSA for quarterly scans on systems and full onsite audits, annually. All sensitive information is encrypted with the 3DES protocol, with Atalla Network Security Processors. Visa and Mastercard using Paymex:
We are currently using the Paymex system. Paymex is securely protected with high grade encryption and data transfer techniques.

We also accept a bank transfer which can be made online, using telephone banking or at your branch.
